How The Course Works

Delegates will be able to develop their own style in maintaining an active database of customers. Working closely with their online coach they will have the opportunity to look at more effective processes ensuring they deal with the right people, at the right time and at the least possible cost to the company.

Course Duration

Completion timeframe is usually agreed with the client / student but we believe that individuals should complete over a four week period. 

While WinWin CRM is only a 4/5 hour course, the benefits to the learner are enhanced by the extended interaction between coach and student.

Student Access

Once students have completed their learning, they will have unlimited access to the course and the coach for the duration of the contract.

On-Line Coach

As you progress through this course, your on-line coach will be responding to pre-selected activities. The role of your coach is to offer:
