Well I had great support while doing this course I found the sections to be well structured and all the important point highlighted. While I don’t have a quota, I am much more optimistic. I feel that I can now empathize with others and will have no problems converting customer concerns into opportunities.

I think it’s a really good course, because it helps you to understand the different areas of successful selling. From treating customers, making professional presentation, and planning all the selling process. I have a better understanding of what is expected from me, and now I have new skills to complement my old ones. With better skills comes higher self confidence.
