My objectives have been achieved completely. All the parts of the course proved to be helpful, especially the parts that focused on perception and attitude. I have started using the skills gained to in my new role and I have started to reap the benefits already. My interactions with my customers are more pleasant than when we first started communicating. I really like the module on converting Customer Concerns in to Sales. This allows me to take a not so pleasant environment and make an opportunity out of it. It also allows me to not take irate customers seriously which helps me feel better about myself. The online tutor has been great. The turn-around time on the responses have been impeccable and the information and feedback has been very valuable.

The course has given me the confidence to believe in myself and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to selling, as this does rub off on customers.
 
I feel more confident about achieving my quota, but must remember the key principles from the course and not forget this, even in times of panic. At first, I was not too keen on on-line courses, and preferred class room based courses, but having done this online course, I disagree and think this on-line course was excellent.
 
Overall, the service was excellent, the response time was great, the feedback was very constructive and motivated me to do better.

I would say that the objectives were met because, I have learnt a lot from all the information that was given in the course. I actually liked the examples and short stories that were presented in this course, that gave an added advantage to understand the respective topics clearly. Though I had learnt some of the topics in my previous course, I got some added information that helped me improve the skills I had already practiced.
 
I liked all the sections in this course, but personally I liked: the need for continuous personal development, principles of winwin selling, helping people to buy IT solutions and last but not the least, negotiation skills.
