Things that I have been able to use have been great. WinWin Selling has definitely helped me in my dealings with customers, colleagues and managers. The negotiation area has done a lot to help my motivation while also helping me develop my presentation skills. I don't have a quota yet but I am much more confident in my approach. Of most benefit was the area that dealt with proposal writing. I found Pat to be very responsive and helpful.
