This is a brilliant course and even though I am new to sales, it has given me more than I could have expected. I learned the importance of thinking positively; eliminating negative qualities and I now have a greater understanding of how to sell/deal with customers. It has been terrific in boosting my self confidence and I found the sessions on people skills to particularly helpful. The section where a quota was analyzed, in terms of breaking down and quantifying the various parameters, was useful. It's something that I've never done, because I'm too busy looking for THE deal that's going to make my numbers
