a 1to1 communication such as this. You are actually taking time to read

I particularly like the fact that course goes into some details on the
aspects of proposal & negotiations which is useful in our selling
environment. The course has helped me to become more adept at dealing
with customer & personal situation, especially complaints handling.

The Objectives of WinWin Selling, in my opinion, have been achieved
completely and it has certainly achieved its objectives. The rest is up
to us to practice and our self motivation. And I am certain that my
skills will grow over time and experiences. I like the letter writing
parts. It gave me a good practice. Because most of my past sales
experience was mainly verbal, it was really my weak point. I think it
would be the general concept of WIN/WIN. It really is an ideal if
everyone in our society can apply this, which is not always the case.
Nice experience I have from this course. Patrick has always been
helpful. And I could tell the feedbacks I got were 100% personalised
even though he might have 100's of comments to make each day. Impressive
