This course has helped me to improve my selling skills. It showed me how to maintain a positive attitude, how to plan, how to create better presentations and proposals, how to care for my customers and the need to use positive words and omit negative ones. understand that despite any situation all is not a total loss. For
instance even when a customer complains it is not a bad reflection but
more of an opportunity to improve both for myself and for the customer.
Just because Darren Pfister I was happy to learn that IBM still practices a customer centric
sales approach, because it helps to make long term relationships with
long-term revenue streams and that was a highlight in this interactive
