This course has helped me to improve my selling skills. It showed me how to maintain a positive attitude, how to plan, how to create better presentations and proposals, how to care for my customers and the need to use positive words and omit negative ones. Pat was very good to reinforce what I have learned. This course was very stimulating and showed the positive aspects of the sales job.

I feel that I have learned a lot more than I thought I would. There is more to selling than just selling itself.  It has helped me understand that despite any situation all is not a total loss. For instance even when a customer complains it is not a bad reflection but more of an opportunity to improve both for myself and for the customer. Just because
a customer is not interested in a product doesn't mean we are out of the ballpark for that customer for good relations can mean future sales.
 
I'm sure there are many people taking this course I am really surprised on how quick some of the responses have been.

I took a classroom course in sales but found it very dull and time consuming this course got to the point and I feel I was able to grasp more of it without getting bored. But this course was a breath of fresh air compared to the original.

I was happy to learn that IBM still practices a customer centric sales approach, because it helps to make long term relationships with long-term revenue streams and that was a highlight in this interactive course.
