Win-Win selling was able to show me an overview of sales. From the start of the day, through negotiation and presenting proposals, to closing. It provided a lot of useful hints and tips that I have made note of and will keep to aid me in my sales role. I now have the knowledge and it will definitely assist me in gaining the experience without making too many mistakes!
 
Non-verbal communication is a major one. I notice body language a lot more. Tones in voice and words chosen by my manager and colleagues. I haven't put together a proposal yet but I have already started to incorporate win-win selling in the standard proposal the department uses. I have in-depth experience with presentations but this has helped me fine tune it.
 
On-line tutor was wonderful. Quick response and had really insightful comments. He was on me when I did not perform and that was a refreshing change. He also complimented and encouraged me.

My objectives were achieved completely and I learned so much particularly about the need for a positive attitude. I am now better at Fact Finding, Professional Presentation Techniques, Handling Customer Objections, Presenting.  Negotiating techniques, handling concessions. Pat has been a great tutor and motivator all along the course. Though it took me a while to complete the course due to workload, he always maintained the contact and motivated me for completion.
