I feel a lot more confident about my approach to my customers and my method of selling as I now have a structure that I can follow and adapt. The course has also helped me to have a positive outlook on life not just on work and to organize my time properly to get the best results from each day.
Helped by reminding me that everyone is human and that thinking of yourself as a consumer can help you to realize what your customers expect from you. Tips on preparation and research on customer and the fact finding question examples were very helpful. I have already found that I am much more confident in opening conversations with my customers.

I now have a much better understanding of applying the different strategies onto the selling areas and I have learnt that the preview work on any sales call is just as important as the actual call. I realise that in presentations, I tend to "talk down" to people (because of my former career) and I am now making a conscious effort to stop that habit.
