All in general was used before, anyhow it was great to see matereial concentrated, and i should admit nice presented. Even being quite self confident i found this cource helpful in reminding basics. Often we think we are flying too high and loosing contact with basics. Treatment of complainces. This week i was badly treated by Alitalia (arrived to Roma without lagguage and got it in three days). Will give them bad time, anyhow will see how they will act.
