I am new at IBM and in selling as well so it was a first time experience with online training but I am happy with the results. It wasn't complicated and it gave me lots of information and the self confidence that I need to get ahead in selling.
 
It has helped me to plan my work better, be more accommodating and observant of other people's needs. It has reminded me to treat everyone with respect and dignity regardless of what they do.  I learned about the need to take time and understand the customer’s problem before attempting to solve it. To be more positive and confident in everything I do.
 
The online tutor (Pat) was magnificent. He responded on time and was friendly and willing to help. It was almost like he was here with me --- I didn't feel neglected at all. Thank you Pat.

I think it covered all aspects very well and thorough. It’s also easy to understand. I think it was great as I got a response back much faster than I had anticipated and great motivation to complete the course.
